1. Shipping Policy

We ship from the United States to Zambia/Malawi and Zimbabwe via sea and air freight. Sea shipments to Zambia typically take 10–12 weeks; deliveries to Zimbabwe and Malawi may take about one additional week and can include a handling fee for inland transport. Air freight averages 10–14 business days to most destinations. All transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed after payment. We accept Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, CashApp, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Money. By completing a booking, you agree to our Terms of Service and authorize consolidation and transport of your shipment.

3. Rates & Handling Fees

Rates are based on weight, size, and destination. Shipments destined for Zimbabwe and Malawi may include an additional handling fee to cover overland transport from Zambia. Any applicable regional surcharges or fees will be clearly communicated upfront.

4. Packaging Requirements

  • Use durable boxes or barrels packed securely for safe transport.
  • Label each package with sender name, phone number, and destination.
  • Fragile or poorly packed items are shipped at the sender’s risk.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If delivery fails, we hold the package for 5 days. Storage fees apply after this period. If not collected within 10 days, it may be returned or disposed of at the customer’s expense.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations before pickup may qualify for a partial refund (less handling fees).
  • Cancellations after pickup incur a 35% handling fee; customers have 10 days to arrange pickup from our warehouse.
  • No refunds once the shipment has departed our facility.

7. Damage & Liability

We handle shipments with care; however, we are not responsible for damage due to poor packaging, natural events, or third-party handling during transit.

8. Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous materials (e.g., lithium batteries, flammable liquids, perfumes, aerosols), firearms, ammunition, illegal substances, narcotics, counterfeit goods, cash/coins/negotiable instruments, or perishables/food items. Contact us to confirm item eligibility. Any penalties or damages from violations are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or terminate services if a shipment contains prohibited/unsafe goods, payment or documentation requirements are not met, or the package poses legal or operational risk.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information only for booking, tracking, and communications to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent your information. See our full Privacy Policy.
